The governance structure of the Fondazione 1563 per l’Arte e la Cultura della Compagnia di San Paolo, as prescribed by the Foundation’s Statute, is made up of the following bodies:
- The Administrative Board, formed of a minimum of three and a maximum of five members, including the President, nominated by the Compagnia di San Paolo;
- Research Committee, if nominated;
- Audit Committee, the functions of which are those set down in articles 2403 ff. of the Codice Civile, including the duties of statutory audit as detailed in article 2409 bis.
